Below are before shots of what is probably the most rare TACO of all the F85 MATTERHORN. I want to thank Nelson Sparks for working with me which ultimately allowed me the opportunity to aquire the F85. We will be showing the total restoration process on the TACO site. The bike was brought to the only person I could trust with this project Dave Miller of DMC fame. Check back for updates.

1971 Steens F85 MATTERHORN
Here is the Matterhorn after going through its restoration process. I want to thank Dave Miller again for the job he did, it turned out great. When the Matterhorn was purchased it was a roller. Not being able to locate a Zundapp we replaced it with a period correct Hodaka 100 engine. Dave fabricated a pipe that fit the time period. All in all I am more than pleased that this Matterhorn is back to its original if not better than original condition.
